We haven't finished installing the floor but so far we are very happy with it. There were problems taking it off the truck. Had to remove boxes from truck individually... 28 boxes. Acacia engineered wood is what we bought and we love the different and distinctive pieces in it. It really is beautiful and just what we wanted.
Great service and email feedback from questions I had, which was a lot. The product quality was better than expected. Based on their low prices I thought the quality wouldn’t be great but it absolutely was. 2 friends already purchased their own once they saw mine.
Actually talked to a real person and the entire process from ordering, to delivery, to installation was great.
